About Chillon

Meet Chillon, a strikingly handsome 5-year-old neutered Lab/Pit mix weighing about 65 pounds, with gorgeous amber eyes and a shiny black coat. Chillon's goofy personality shines through as he warms up to new people quickly. He loves to gently nudge you for attention and will often dramatically flop down for belly rubs. With a playful spirit, he shifts from bounding around with joy to curling up for a cozy nap. Chillon enjoys socializing with other dogs, engaging in play without a hint of resource guarding. Although not formally introduced to cats, he does well with those who respect him, and he’d thrive best in a home with older, dog-savvy kids aged 12 and up. House trained and car rides are a breeze for him. While he pulls on the leash now, he will surely learn quickly, especially with regular walks and daily activity. As he builds his confidence, this affectionate dog would flourish with a family that’s often home. Currently, he can be a bit anxious when left alone, so a stable routine will help him feel secure. Chillon is ready to become your loyal sidekick and make you smile every day. This charming dog is located in Martinez, CA, and transport can be arranged for approved adopters.
