About Crunchy Mojo
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Crunchy Mojo is a medium-sized, approximately 50-pound dog currently residing at the Milo Foundation Sanctuary. He has a colorful personality, shaped by his past experiences and energetic nature. Crunchy is not suitable for urban environments or as a first dog—he requires a confident, experienced owner in a calmer, rural or semi-rural setting with a secure yard. He is not a candidate for homes with children, including adults living at home. His behavioral quirks include some stranger danger, reactivity toward certain dogs and cats, and mild separation anxiety, but in the right environment, Crunchy thrives and can be an amazing companion. A foster family described him as cool, smart, and affectionate. He enjoys the outdoors, loves hiking, and prefers an active lifestyle balanced by some quiet cuddle time. He is house-trained, knows lots of tricks, and walks politely on leash—especially with a Gentle Leader. Crunchy has a sweet bond with those he trusts and enjoys practicing his tricks, long walks, and playing fetch or tug-of-war. Possessiveness over people or toys has shown up in the past, so he will do best as the only canine family member in an adult-only home. He now enjoys daily social time with other sanctuary dogs and is affectionate with the people he knows. With patience, consistency, and ongoing training in a peaceful home, Crunchy will reward you with loyalty, fun, and love. Crunchy was born on May 29, so he’s a Gemini—Gemini dogs tend to be quick learners with a spirited, playful nature! Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!

A Terrier and Labrador mix generally needs a moderate to large outdoor space, such as a fenced yard. They benefit greatly from daily walks, runs, or hikes in nature.
