About Chillon

Chillon is a strikingly handsome 5-year-old, neutered Lab/Pit mix weighing around 65 pounds—he’ll likely reach a healthy 70-75 lbs. With his soulful amber eyes and shiny black coat, he has a knack for capturing attention and hearts. Though he can be initially shy, he warms up quickly, showcasing his affectionate personality. Expect him to gently reach out with a paw for attention and flop over dramatically for belly rubs. He thrives on companionship, showing a playful spirit one moment and curling up for a nap the next. Chillon has done well with other dogs, enjoying enthusiastic playtime without any resource guarding tendencies. He hasn't been around cats and would do best in a home with respectful, dog-savvy children ages 12 and up. House trained and eager to please, he rides well in cars, but currently pulls on the leash, so his future family should be ready to work on that. While he enjoys canine company, he does not need another dog as long as he has plenty of human interaction. Chillon bonds deeply with his people and thrives on a consistent routine. He's best suited to a home where someone is around most of the day, helping him feel more secure. He’s such a loyal sidekick and brings joy wherever he goes. This wonderfully quirky dog is ready to find a loving family to call his own. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let’s get started.
