This gentle spirit weighs about 55 pounds and is fully house-trained, making him a well-mannered guest in any home. He has a sad backstory, having been the only dog saved from a euthanasia list at a county shelter a few months back. Fortunately, he’s been in the loving care of a foster family in San Antonio and has gained valuable social experience with other dogs in playgroups. Maverick has a heart full of love and a calm demeanor. He’s not after wild adventures, but rather a loyal relationship with someone who enjoys life’s simple pleasures. His preference? Leaning against you for affection and soaking up peaceful moments together. Maverick walks beautifully on a leash and loves to explore at a leisurely pace, stopping occasionally for playful bunny hops!
