About Maverick

Meet Maverick, a charming 12-week-old male puppy weighing 18 lbs. With a delightful black coat accented by tan and white markings, he’s a thoughtful observer who often prefers watching the world unfold around him instead of charging headfirst into everything like his brother. This little gentleman is incredibly sweet, loving snuggles and giving kisses in return. He adores kids, showing his gentle side as he’s carried around without a fuss. Maverick is well on his way to being fully house-trained; he even rings a bell to let you know when he’s ready to head outside. He knows basic commands like sit and down, is clicker trained, and stays quiet in his crate. He gets along wonderfully with cats and can thrive with or without a dog companion, although another dog is preferred. His forever home should ideally have private outdoor space until he's fully vaccinated and be located within an hour of Philadelphia to accommodate follow-up veterinary appointments. If you’re looking for a clever and cuddly companion with a gentle heart, Maverick could be the perfect match for you. Click apply to start the adoption process.
