Meet Stella B., a tiny Chihuahua with a vibrant personality! At 8 years old, she still loves exploring the yard and showing off her adorable treat dance on her hind legs. Stella takes treats gently and walks reasonably well on a leash, preferring the comfort of a safely fenced yard to sniff and investigate. She brings a sweet, snuggly side along with a hint of Chihuahua spice, enjoying affection when she's in the mood and taking joy in sleeping beside her person. Stella is great with her foster’s dogs but occasionally chases the cats, so introductions and supervision will be important for feline friends. She does have some special care needs: she gets carsick and has luxating patellas in both back legs. Thankfully, she manages stairs well. In the house, she wears a diaper to manage marking, which her foster hopes will improve after her upcoming spay surgery; however, this isn't certain. She will also start heartworm treatment soon.
