About April
Meet April, a sweet and resilient little lady ready to find her forever home. After losing her beloved owner, April found herself back at the shelter, seeking a fresh start. We believe she was born around 2019 and is a mix of Chihuahua and Terrier, packed with personality in her small frame. Though she carries a few extra pounds, she loves long walks and splashing around in the water. When itβs time to relax, you can find her cozied up on the couch next to her favorite human. April is a smart cookie; she quickly mastered her puzzle feeder and is always eager to use her brain. Not only is she crate trained and housebroken, but she also knows basic commands, making her an ideal companion. April thrives on human affection and companionship. While she adores people, she can be picky about other dogs and would do best with careful introductions or as the sole canine in her new home. After losing everything familiar, April is looking for a second chance to feel safe, loved, and cherished again. If you're seeking a loyal friend with a gentle heart, April may be the perfect match for you. Click apply to start the adoption process.
