About Boone

Meet Boone, an adorable six-month-old pup weighing 26 lbs. He’s likely a mix of Hound and Boxer, and he’s already made quite the impression since popping up in the parking lot of a local business in Mississippi. Boone quickly settled into his foster home and is now eager to find his forever family. This playful guy adores people, enjoys belly rubs, and loves his meals and treats. Boone's enthusiasm for fetch is unmatched—he’ll sit patiently while you throw the ball and happily bring it back. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs but has a tendency to chase cats. Boone is smart too; he’s mastered crate training and is working on house training. He’d thrive in an active home that enjoys walks and outdoor adventures. Boone's foster mom describes him as sweet and believes he would be a great fit for first-time dog owners. Currently, Boone is in a foster home in Mississippi, but he’s ready for adoption. Remember, he will need to be met in person once you’re interested. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
