About Henry

Henry is a spirited hound who found himself in need after being abandoned in the woods. Rescued by Animal Control, he was emaciated but has since thrived. At just one year old, he has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, with all health tests showing he’s in great shape. While Henry brings a lively energy, he will require a committed adopter ready to invest time in basic training. He thrives in an active environment and would be a fantastic hiking companion. His love for water and outdoor adventures shines through with every playful moment. Although he's friendly with people, Henry needs to be the only pet in the home due to past experiences that have made him reactive towards other dogs. It’s best that any children in the home be 13 or older, respecting his space and need for a calm atmosphere.
