About Connor

Meet Connor, a sweet and shy young male cat with a beautiful long coat. He was originally part of a trap-neuter-return program but faced a tough journey with severe matting. After his surgery, we decided to help him by carefully shaving away the painful mats. Remarkably, Connor trusted us through the process, showing he knew we meant well. We couldn't send him back outdoors where he'd face the same painful issues again, so we brought him into foster care, hoping he could adapt to a safe indoor life. At first, Connor hid away, feeling overwhelmed, but now his true spirit shines. He enjoys gentle pets and affection, often greeting his foster family with sweet headbutts. Connor gets along wonderfully with the other resident cats, cherishing their companionship. When it’s time for wet food, his joyful little dance lights up the room! Though he's making progress and building confidence, he will thrive in a calm home with a patient family. Sudden movements can startle him, so a peaceful environment is essential. Having a friendly feline companion would also help him feel secure. If you're ready to offer the patience and loving environment Connor needs, he will surely reward you with a lifetime of devotion.
