About Benny
Meet Benny! This delightful eight-and-a-half-year-old Domestic Shorthair cat is currently in Gig Harbor, WA. With his striking brown tabby coat and charming white accents, Benny is a memorable gentleman who weighs about 16 pounds. He’s a big, cuddly sweetheart with an even bigger personality. Benny adores being near his favorite people. Whether he's nestled in your lap, shadowing you around the house, or “talking” to you with his chorus of meows, he makes every moment feel special. One of Benny's most endearing traits is his emotional support toy, which he proudly carries as he searches for companionship. He also loves to supervise mealtimes, eagerly guiding you to the kitchen, especially if treats are involved. Benny still enjoys playful adventures, sometimes fetching toys or leaping joyfully into the air. He seeks a calm, adult-only home where he can be the only pet, relishing in attention and love. An indoor cat, Benny thrives in familiar routines, gentle affection, and companionship. He would be best suited for someone who spends significant time at home. Benny does experience anxiety during stressful changes or loud noises, often seeking refuge to cope. Patient caregivers who appreciate feline body language can help him feel secure. Although he has had some difficulties during vet visits, medication has helped him handle these situations more effectively. This neutered boy is healthy, vaccinated, and ready for a new chapter in his life! Benny has oceans of affection and companionship to share with someone who appreciates a chatty feline shadow.
