About Nigel

Meet Nigel, the charming gray gentleman who always has something to say. This striking two-year-old Domestic Short Hair is a friendly fellow who, after being lost and alone for a while, has found his way to our care. Though he wandered into a trap during a TNR project, he hasn’t lost his love for people. Nigel is affectionate, social, and eager to be around his friends. This chatty cat enjoys sharing his thoughts on everything—from his day’s adventures to his dinner preferences. If you appreciate a feline companion with plenty of personality, Nigel will surely keep you entertained. With plenty of youthful energy, Nigel is still learning the ropes and needs a thoughtful adopter. He thrives on interactive play, so having wand toys or puzzle feeders would help him burn off steam. He can get a bit mouthy, so gentle direction to appropriate toys instead of hands will be essential. Ideally, he would do well in a lively home where someone is around to engage with him daily. While he’s not a fan of other cats or dogs, he could benefit from a buddy to help channel his energy. If you’re ready to provide Nigel with the supportive environment he needs to flourish, he’s excited to meet you. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
