About Shiitake

Meet Shiitake: Part-Time Stealth Agent, Full-Time Wand-Toy Champion! Don’t let that dreamy, pastel-grey coat fool you—Shiitake is a sharp and high-speed little storm wrapped in a dilute tortie package! This clever girl lives life at full throttle as both a curious explorer and lovable troublemaker. If there’s a closed door, you can bet she’s waiting for a peek at the unknown. When it comes to unattended snacks, she’s always on the lookout, convinced that *your* food tastes better than hers. Fast, agile, and endlessly sharp, Shiitake treats every hallway like a speedway and takes on rooms as if they’re mysteries to solve. She has a delightful mix of independent tortitude and high curiosity. While she can be a little aloof at times, her instinctive curiosity means she warms up to humans surprisingly fast—she just has to be part of the action! Wand toys are her favorite, and she'll stalk and pounce on anything that zips by with athletic precision. She's friendly with people but prefers to take her time when it comes to making friends with fellow felines; a slow introduction works best for her. If you're looking for a clever, sleek companion who brings endless entertainment, Shiitake is ready to zoom straight into your life and steal your heart (and maybe a bite of your dinner).
