About Nessie

Meet Nessie, also known fondly as the Loch Ness Monster. She joined the rescue with her five kittens—her Monster Litter—and has been a deeply caring and attentive mom. Now, all eyes are on Nessie as she gets a well-deserved chance to enjoy some pampering of her own and settle into a quiet forever home. Nessie is a classic “dog-like” feline, meeting you at the door, greeting you with a friendly meow, and eager for affection. She thrives on human interaction, whether you’re lounging on the sofa or busy at your computer. Nessie doesn’t mind being picked up but prefers simply being nearby as steady company. She is confident and easily adapts, but introductions to children should be slow and measured—older, cat-savvy kids would work best. Nessie wants to be your one and only pet and would do best as the sole animal in the household. If you’ve been searching for a loyal, affectionate companion with a mythical streak, Nessie might be the perfect fit. Fun fact: Nessie’s birthday is 12/31/2023, making her a determined and playful Capricorn. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
