Treason is a sweet young girl who found herself in a tough situation when she and her sisters, Briar and Lorelei, were surrendered to a high-kill shelter. At just 6 months old, they arrived emaciated and frightened, after a previous owner falsely claimed they posed a risk to society. This is a common issue in overpopulated shelters in Southern California, where innocent dogs are often mischaracterized. Luckily, Treason and her sisters were rescued before facing euthanasia. Since being fostered, Treason has started to show her true personality, becoming a little more confident day by day and even playing. While she is still apprehensive around people, her gentle nature shines through. She's shown a willingness to get along with other dogs and children, which gives a glimpse of the loving companion she could be.
