About Elvira

Meet Elvira! Elvira has had a challenging start and is still learning about walks and the warmth of true affection. At the shelter, she is gradually coming out of her shell, though she remains extremely timid and takes her time to warm up to new people. Once she trusts you, she transforms into a total cuddle bug. Short walks make her happy, but more than anything, she wants to be right by your side. While she enjoys the occasional treat, her preference is simply to sit next to you and soak up all the love and attention. Elvira is quite content in her familiar surroundings; long hikes and exciting adventures are not her style. Just lounging on the couch? Absolutely her favorite! This sweet girl is looking for a gentle and patient owner who understands the value of taking things slowly. Encouragement and kind words are key to helping her feel at ease and blossom into her true self. If you’re ready to help her grow, Elvira can be a wonderful companion.
