About Ruffus

Ruffus is a lively and playful young Doberman Pinscher mix looking for an active home. His energy level is through the roof, and he thrives with a patient owner who can help him learn to be a good canine citizen. Ruffus enjoys company, whether it's playing with his favorite toys or just being around people. He walks well on a leash but can get a little bouncy when excited, so a secure hand is needed. At about 75 lbs, he's a sizable pup who needs structure and training to channel his excitement positively. Ruffus is eager to run and play alongside his new family and loves treats as a way to learn. With some encouragement and guidance, he can show off his skills, even if he hasn't mastered any tricks just yet. Keep in mind, he sometimes gets a little too enthusiastic and may use his friends as chew toys, but he's ready to learn more appropriate behaviors!
