About Little Man
Little Man is a one-year-old Yorkie/Cockapoo mix, and he weighs a compact 11 pounds. This sweet boy shows a gentle side but is currently unsure of the world around him. He prefers the safety of his crate, where he often spends time, needing a quiet place to retreat when feeling anxious. When picked up or going outside, he tends to tremble, indicating that he requires a patient and understanding environment. Progress has been seen in his foster home, but Little Man needs someone who appreciates his small victories and won't rush him. A calm household with a nurturing adopter willing to let him explore at his own pace would be ideal. While he walks reasonably well on a leash, outdoors still unsettles him. He has been consistently clean in his crate and is housetrained, though a regular routine will help him continue to adjust. Little Man has a sweet nature; building his confidence will take time, and his new family should be prepared for this journey. His adoption fee is $250.
