About Mavis

Mavis is an exuberant girl with a sweet demeanor. She’s likely a heeler mix, but her charm is uniquely hers. Mavis is social and friendly, quickly making friends with everyone she meets, including other dogs. At about 9-10 months old, she has plenty of puppy energy and is eager to learn, making her a fantastic candidate for training. While she’s good on the leash and crate trained, she still has a playful enthusiasm that can lead to jumping, so she’ll need gentle reminders about keeping all four paws on the ground. Mavis seems to be housetrained and has yet to be around cats, but she’s shown herself to be great with kids and other dogs. To meet her, apply to adopt. You won't regret it!
