Meet Pebbles! Pebbles came into our care after her previous home no longer suited her needs. She's a friendly and social cat who truly loves her people and is ready to become someone’s new best friend! As an active young lady, Pebbles seeks plenty of love and attention. If you're after a cat who’ll probably follow you around and keep you company, she’s a great match. However, be prepared for a lack of privacy; she enjoys being involved in everything. Having a variety of toys is essential, as she is very playful. Playtime with humans and appropriate toys (please, no fingers or toes) will keep her happy. It’s important to respect her boundaries and understand her communication cues regarding handling. Providing cat trees and other elevated surfaces in her living space will help Pebbles feel confident and allow her to explore her surroundings. This environment supports healthy behaviors like climbing and scratching. In terms of social compatibility, Pebbles may prefer to be an only cat, as she has shown stress around unfamiliar cats. She is also looking for a home without dogs. Although Pebbles has done well with children in the past, she would thrive with older kids who can engage with her respectfully.
