Monkey is your ideal sidekick if you want a fun, easy-going companion with an irresistible underbite that could win contests. At 7 years old, this charming terrier mix ended up at a county shelter after his owner entered hospice and could no longer care for him. His foster home has praised him for being a model pup, giving high marks for good behavior. Monkey mastered the doggy door on his first day and has been completely potty trained since coming into care. While he might be a tad shy at first, Monkey quickly warms up, especially when it comes to snuggling. He loves to play, diligently testing toys from the basket until he finds one that matches his mood. He’s also getting the hang of leash skills and discovering just how enjoyable walks can be. With his loving nature, it's easy to see why you'll go “bananas” for this sweet guy!
