About Ita
Meet Ita! Ita is a tiny but mighty Wire Fox Terrier. Smart and alert, she quickly picks up on cues and thrives on praise. Watching her pounce after flying bugs in the backyard is a joy, along with her playful spirit during tug-of-war and ball-chasing sessions. After an active playtime, she curls up like a little angel in her cozy bed. Ita gets excited for her morning walks. Confidently strutting through the neighborhood, she manages to walk well on a leash while observing her surroundings. She has made great progress in controlling her barking when visitors arrive. Training has been going smoothly; Ita responds well to a clicker and commands like sit, drop it, and down. She's also working on her potty training, eagerly leading you to the treat jar when she needs to go. Ita loves having her sister, Gigi, around, and watching them wrestle and chase each other is pure entertainment. They have a wonderful bond, and the two get along well with a larger female dog in the home as well. Ideally, they would be homed together as a pair. If you're interested in offering Ita and Gigi a loving home, please fill out an adoption application on valleydogs.org or reach out via email at adopt@valleydogs.org. Adoption fee for both dogs is $500.
