About Rosie

Meet Rosie, the sweetest, shy girl on a quest for her perfect home. At 2 years old, this 50 lb Catahoula mix has the softest eyes and a gentle spirit. She’s had a tough start and needs a little time and a calm environment to trust her new family fully. Once comfortable, her playful, goofy side comes out, especially with a male dog buddy to play alongside. Rosie's shyness makes busy adoption events overwhelming, so she patiently waits for someone to look past the nerves and see her potential. Currently in a foster home with several dogs, she thrives with one-on-one attention and a quiet space to decompress. Her new adopter should offer patience and understanding as she gradually blossoms into the wonderful companion she wants to be.
