He comes from an accidental litter where his mother was a Beagle/Chi mix, and his father is thought to be a Yorkie/Cheweenie mix. Phantom will thrive in a patient home willing to let him take his time adjusting to new environments. He is currently available for a Foster-to-Adopt opportunity, where you can welcome him into your family and let him settle in before finalizing the adoption. Phantom will arrive in Pottstown, PA, on October 24, and families can apply for this program until October 19. If not placed in a Foster-to-Adopt home, he will be available for regular adoption starting November 7, 2026. Phantom is friendly and gets along well with both cats and dogs, as well as children.
