Having spent her life as a momma in a commercial breeding facility, she’s now embracing the joys of a loving home. Belly rubs, soft beds, rolling in the grass—these are new delights for her. Underneath her soulful eyes lies a heart eager for affection; her tail wags with joy whenever she’s near her humans. Phoebe thrives on attention and is a real cuddle bug. This charming girl adds a bit of character too! When she gets excited, she makes the cutest little snorts, and you might hear her adorable snores during nap time. Phoebe has already shown that she’s an easygoing and friendly girl, enjoying the company of her foster dog siblings and getting along remarkably well with children. Though she’s learning what it means to simply be a dog—discovering toys and enjoying yard explorations—she still needs a special family who understands that she’s just starting her journey.
