Maybelle has a heart full of love and a spirit that lights up the room. This sweet girl truly believes that everyone she meets is a potential friend. Once facing euthanasia in an overcrowded shelter, she’s now looking forward to a brighter future at Little Victories. Life in a kennel has been tough for her, causing some anxiety, and she’s currently working on her house training. Maybelle is undergoing treatment for heartworm disease, and she’s in need of a special foster home during her recovery. After completing her initial 30 days of doxycycline, Maybelle will take a break before starting her heartworm treatment injections. This path requires careful management, a calm atmosphere, and a patient caregiver to help with her house training and ensure she adheres to her vet’s recommendations.
