Bentley is a charming Cocker Spaniel with a joyful spirit. Our volunteer who met him was immediately taken by his friendly demeanor, noting that he’s “super – a really nice dog!” At 10 years old, Bentley loves the company of people and expresses his excitement with enthusiastic tail wags. Unfortunately, his current owners are moving and cannot take him along, as he prefers cooler climates and is not fond of the heat. This happy boy thrives outdoors, especially in the snow, and enjoys having access to a fenced yard via a doggy door. He has good leash manners, loves to swim, and relishes going for walks. Bentley would do best as the only pet in the home, as he hasn’t had experience living with cats and prefers a quieter atmosphere. He gets along well with children and is housebroken, making him a well-behaved addition to any loving family. With an affectionate nature, Bentley loves car rides and is eager for human companionship. He may tolerate an older, calm dog, but he prefers solitary company.
