About Canary

Meet Canary, a charming little guy who truly embodies his playful nickname: “Canary, Nary Quite Contrary!” This young Domestic Short Hair arrived with a bit of a twist—he has a precious head tilt and an adorable bobble in his movements, likely due to previous head trauma. That doesn’t slow him down one bit; he has an enviable zest for life and a heart full of affection. Canary thrives on human companionship and will make it known when he’s not getting enough attention. His affectionate nature and playful spirit shine bright, making him a delightful friend. He does well with other cats when introduced slowly, though he occasionally forgets they’re around and greets them with the enthusiastic surprise of “10 Second Tom.” This little guy isn’t aggressive; he just loves to let his feline friends know he means business, albeit with a touch of humor. Whether he’s surrounded by eight foster siblings or preferred as the solo king of the castle, Canary is all about his humans. His quirks and goofy personality make him one-of-a-kind, and we’re sure his forever family will adore him for every wonderfully contrary trait. Ready to fall in love?
