About Skipper

Meet Skipper! This sporty, energetic pup is looking for a home where she can truly shine. After overcoming leg trauma, which necessitated an amputation, Skipper has bounced back beautifully. Now, she thrives as a tripod dog, showcasing her playful side with a game of fetch. Skipper is not just a player; once sheโ€™s worn out, she snuggles close, revealing her affectionate nature. Skipper, a lovely mix of black and white, is not compatible with other pets and ideally needs to be the only companion in her future home. She's working on basic commands and does well on a head halter during walks, though she can use more leash training. While she may take time to warm up to new people due to past betrayals, her friendly side emerges quicklyโ€”just bring treats and a ball! Skipper is house trained and ready for a loving home where she can play and relax with her new family. If youโ€™re looking for a loyal companion whoโ€™ll keep you entertained and cozy, Skipper is the one for you. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
