About Skpper
Skipper is a remarkable dog currently with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas. This energetic girl is looking for a home where she can showcase both her sporty side and her affectionate personality. Skipper has been with the rescue for over two years, having come in with an injury that resulted in the amputation of her front leg. Since then, she has healed beautifully and has grown into a playful companion. This black and white tripod is a fetch enthusiast, perfect for anyone who enjoys outdoor activities. She can play fetch for hours, making her an ideal match for baseball and softball fans. Once sheโs had her fun, she loves to cuddle up and enjoy quiet time with her favorite humans. Skipper is learning basic commands like sit and down, and she thrives with a head halter on walks, though she still needs some leash training. She prefers to be the only pet in the home as she does not get along with other dogs or cats. While she may take a bit of time to warm up to new people, treats and a ball will help her open up. This girl is ready for a relaxing home where she can be loved and cherished. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
