About Ramona

Meet Ramona, a lovely young Domestic Long Hair cat. She came to our rescue on a chilly February evening after being spayed by a kind woman who feared for her safety outside. The area she was found in posed threats to cats, making it clear that she needed a safe space away from harm. While initially frightened and labeled feral, Ramona is gradually coming out of her shell with the help of her friendly foster cat, Jessi. Since her arrival, she's made significant progress. Though still shy, Ramona now permits gentle pets, enjoys chin rubs, and eagerly accepts Churu treats. She needs a foster-to-adopt home where she can continue to build trust and confidence. This sweet girl gets along well with other cats but would do best in a home without children. An experienced, cat-savvy adopter is essential for her success. Local adoption within 50 miles of Chattanooga is preferred. Stay tuned for updates on Ramona's journey!
