Violet’s journey to Good Mews began when she bravely walked straight into a Good Samaritan’s home, looking for safety and comfort. While we don’t know much about her past, we do know that this sweet senior girl is ready for a fresh start in a loving home. Adjusting to shelter life was a bit stressful for Violet. She wanted to trust and open up, but sometimes took a step back when she felt unsure. Now that she’s in a foster home, Violet is doing so much better. The quiet, comfortable environment has helped her begin to blossom, and we know she will continue to thrive in a calm, patient forever home. Violet loves spending time with her foster mom and will happily curl up on her chest to enjoy the company. She’ll even give you a gentle little tap when she wants some pets. She also enjoys being brushed and soaking up the attention. If you have a peaceful home and a kind heart, Violet would love to spend her golden years with you. Could you be the one to give her the retirement she deserves? Violet would do best in an adult-only home but may also do well with older children. She would likely be happiest in a quieter household rather than a very active one. The most important things Violet asks for are patience and consistency as she settles in.
