About Pesto

Meet Pesto, a gorgeous and fluffy cat with adorable white mittens. At six years old, she is sweet yet timid, still adjusting to shelter life after multiple transitions. This isn’t her first time in a shelter; in fact, she’s back for the fourth time. Pesto originally came from Animal Control, where she found her best buddy, Oscar. Together, they faced the ups and downs of being adopted and returned, most recently due to her previous owner's unforeseen circumstances. Pesto is very bonded with Oscar, and they must go to a new home together. She’s seeking someone patient and understanding who will give her time to trust again. It’s tough for her to open up, especially after having a loving home ripped away. The shelter staff cares deeply for her, but it's not a substitute for a proper home. If you have room in your heart for two lovely cats and can provide the care they need, then Pesto is ready to start a new chapter with you. Click apply to start the adoption process.
