About Odin
Meet Odin, a resilient Boxer mix who has triumphed over parvo and is now receiving the care he needs to fully recover. Estimated to have been born in July 2026, Odin is a sweet boy despite being underweight and not fully disclosing his age just yet. With some love and patience, he’ll be ready to embark on his next adventure soon. Currently, Odin is housed with Muddy Paws Second Chance Rescue in Council Bluffs, IA. He cannot go to his forever home until he’s released from the vet since he's still shedding the parvo virus. Once he’s well, he’ll be a loving addition to any family. The suggested adoption donation for Odin is $465, which covers a lifetime of specialized training to address any behavioral issues he may develop. For the adoption process, a completed application is required. After prescreening, potential adopters will connect with Odin’s foster to ensure a good match. Meetings happen in Omaha and must be conducted in person. Please remember we are a rescue, not a shelter, and we prioritize the best fit for each animal. Make sure to check back for updates as we learn more about Odin! Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let's get started.
