About Drax Training Hold
Meet Drax, a big, brindle Boxer with charming white boots and an enthusiastic spirit. At 7 years old, this 85β90 pound guy is the perfect blend of playful goofball and loyal companion. Drax enjoys being close to his humans, whether you're working or relaxing at home, and he seeks out your presence while you garden or unwind. Drax is sweet, smart, and eager to please. He knows several commands, including sit, wait, kennel, and sometimes lay down, taking treats gently in his mouth. Heβs fully house-trained and has free-roam privileges at home, choosing to sleep in his crate at night, often opting for a cozy spot with the door left open. Currently residing in a foster home with another dog, Drax gets along well with his canine companion. However, his enthusiasm can be overwhelming for cats, so it's best for him to be in a cat-free environment. He has a strong presence, so a family experienced with large breeds will help him refine his manners. Drax does need slow introductions to new people and dogs to get comfortable, as he tends to come in with a lot of excitement. Once settled, his affectionate personality really shines. Not a big toy aficionado, Drax prefers chewy treasures like filled bones and cow hooves. He eats with typical Boxer gusto and enjoys frequent potty breaks, especially since he drinks a lot of water. If youβre looking for a loyal companion who brings joy and laughter to your life, Drax is the guy. Heβs ready to find a forever family who will keep him close, where he can truly feel at home.
