About Tyler

Meet Tyler! Tyler is a charming 4-year-old, 11-pound Shih Tzu who thrives on companionship. This affectionate little guy loves to be close to his people and is loyal to those he trusts. He's great with kids and friendly towards new folks, although he can feel a bit nervous in unfamiliar settings. A patient family would be ideal for Tyler, as he needs time to adjust and feel comfortable in his new home. Tyler walks better with a harness and is mostly crate trained. He is still refining his house manners, so his new family should be prepared to continue that training. If left alone for extended periods, he might bark out of boredom, so keeping his mind and body engaged is key. Tyler has a past injury to his right eye, resulting in a loss of vision in that eye. He will need routine checks and daily artificial tears to ensure comfort and health. If you're looking for a sweet lap dog ready to be your loyal sidekick, Tyler could be the perfect match for you. • About 4 years old • Weighs 11 lbs • Good with kids, dogs, and cats • Adoption fee: $300 This dog is in foster care.
