Jj is everyone's best friend! At about 8 months old, this charming Chihuahua embodies the spirit of a loyal companion. He's a social butterfly, eager to befriend every person and dog he meets. Weighting around 9 lbs, Jj is presumably fully grown. As a moderate-energy guy, he enjoys fun but can easily mellow out when you need him to. He is great at adjusting to a work-from-home routine and keeps himself entertained with toys and chews. Found as a stray and never claimed, his journey led him to our care. Jj needs a family that will commit to continuing his basic manners training. He would fit well with first-time dog owners who want a playful pup without the extensive training a very young puppy requires. Jj is friendly with other dogs and would love to have a playful dog sibling. He’s also proven capable of living with dog-savvy cats, given a slow introduction. Jj is great with kids, making him an excellent family dog. House training is going well, though he might have a few accidents during the adjustment period. He sleeps well in his crate at night and can rest contently during the day in his pen. Quiet for the most part, he adapts well to apartment living.
