About Cavatappi

Cavatappi is a delightful little lady with a shy demeanor. Rescued from a shelter in Alabama, she found herself there after being abandoned, which understandably left her a bit nervous. With a gentle and calm home, she blossoms and enjoys cuddles, pets, and snuggles. Older, respectful kids would suit her best, as she might shy away from the noise and chaos of younger ones. Patience is key; she needs a family that is willing to give her time to decompress and learn to enjoy all the wonders of the world. Estimated to be around one year old, Cavatappi is about 12 pounds of adorable. While she currently takes it easy in the shelter, she might just surprise her new family with a playful side once she settles in. She's learning to walk on a leash and will need a bit more practice, but with her new family by her side, she's sure to flourish. Cavatappi is currently in Woolwich, ME, and anticipates finding her forever home soon. If you think you might be the right fit for her, don’t hesitate to apply!
