About Nacho

Nacho is a sweet Chihuahua who has faced some challenges on his journey to finding a forever home. Rescued from a hoarding situation, he struggled with socialization and still experiences anxiety in new situations. While he’s become more comfortable with familiar routines, he often gets a bit too excited, resulting in some accidents. Noise from thunder, planes, and other sudden sounds can still startle him, so a calm environment is best. On the leash, Nacho is a champ, happily trotting alongside his canine buddy Max. He enjoys outdoor time, especially with human companionship. While he’s great at cuddling and loves sleeping with a blanket, his previous experiences suggest that a quiet, understanding home without small children is ideal for him. Nacho loves affection but requires patience from his new owner as he adjusts to new routines. He’s ready to find that special someone who can help him thrive in a loving environment.
