About Ernie Benefactor Dog
Meet Ernie! Ernie is a 1-year-old, 9-pound scruffy little sweetheart with big ears and an adorable pink nose. His personality is beginning to shine as he discovers the joys of being with people. Playful and affectionate, he enjoys the company of both kids and other dogs, happily welcoming two- and four-legged friends into his life. He’s making great progress with potty training and walks nicely on a leash. Still a young pup, Ernie is learning the ropes of home life beautifully. However, he does experience some separation anxiety and is not quite fond of his crate yet. His ideal family would likely be someone who is home often, providing guidance to help him build confidence and independence at a comfortable pace. At the end of the day, Ernie is just a fun, sweet little guy looking for someone to love—preferably a family that appreciates his ridiculously cute ears. Ernie is neutered, heartworm negative, and up to date on vaccines. He’s ready to find his forever home! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
