About Hank

Hank is a 3-year-old Blue Heeler who has faced some tough times. Abandoned by his family, he found himself on the euthanasia list until Herding Haven came to his rescue, giving him the second chance he so deserves. Despite being deaf, Hank is incredibly responsive to love and safety. He adores belly rubs and is a ball fanatic, always eager for a game of fetch followed by a cozy nap with his person. He has excellent leash manners and is fully house trained. Hank can be cautious around newcomers, so he needs a family that respects his space and helps him adjust at his own pace. Treats work wonders to win his heart! This spirited boy is not suited for homes with children, and we are still learning how he interacts with cats. Hank thrives best in a patient environment where he can truly feel at home. He is neutered, microchipped, and current on all vaccinations. After everything he's been through, Hank is ready to start the happiest chapter of his life. Your new best friend is just one click away.
