About Milo

Meet Milo, a resilient and loving companion! Miloโ€™s journey tells a story of strength and adaptation. He was rescued as a stray with a significant pelvic injury affecting his hip socket. After careful consideration, the decision was made to amputate his leg, providing him relief and a chance at a happier life. Since then, Milo has thrived, proving just how strong he is. Even with three legs, Milo navigates the world like a champ. He enjoys gentle playtime and gets along well with dogs of all sizes. While he loves toys and balls during calm sessions, he isnโ€™t fond of roughhousing and prefers a peaceful environment. Milo would truly flourish in a home with other dogs, as their presence gives him a sense of security. He can feel nervous in unfamiliar settings, so he needs a patient family who understands that it might take him a bit to adjust. With support and canine friends nearby, his sweet and affectionate nature shines through. When heโ€™s not playing, Milo is a cuddler who adores belly rubs and soaking up affection. He is fully house trained, sleeps comfortably in a crate, and has excellent manners at home. If youโ€™re looking for a gentle, loving companion who needs a patient and understanding family, Milo is the perfect fit. Heโ€™s available for adoption in Texas only. What are you waiting for?
