Charlie Brown was dumped at our shelter one night. His coat was completely matted and required a groomer to uncover just how cute he is. The groomer thinks he may be a chocolate Schih tzu but we think he is most likely mixed with another breed. He is quite shy at first but is very sweet and love snuggles.
