About Zena
Zena is a big-hearted Weimaraner ready to embrace her new family after overcoming some health challenges. This lovely girl first caught our attention when she was facing issues, but now she's made incredible strides since shedding 21 pounds, down from an original weight of 107 lbs to 86 lbs, with some more to lose for the best health. She's been thriving on her twice-daily walks and takes the lead when it's time for a stroll. Following surgery to remove a mast cell tumor, Zena is on the mend and enjoying life fully. The surgery was successful, and she doesn't need any further medical treatment. Now, she's eager for a warm home filled with love, ideally with another dog for companionship. While she can be left alone, she thrives in an environment where someone is around most of the time. Zena also has a high prey drive typical of her breed, so a home without cats is best. If you're active and ready to help her continue her weight journey, Zena would make a fantastic addition to your life. She is a 7-year-old spayed female Weimaraner, up-to-date on vaccinations and currently fostered in Parrish, FL. Her adoption fee is $300. If you feel a connection to Zena and want to give her the loving home she deserves, don't hesitate to reach out for more info!
