About Parris

Parris is a sweet, 9 lb. female Long Haired Chihuahua with a beautiful blend of brown and black fur. Born on August 8, 2018, she recently transitioned from being a mom to her playful French litter of boys, and now she’s ready to find her forever home. House trained, Parris enjoys her kennel time, although she can be vocal when she feels it’s time to come out. If placed in a playpen, her curious nature shines through as she tends to find a way to climb out. She sleeps soundly through the night in bed and gets along well with her foster siblings, all of whom are small dogs. Characteristically chihuahua, Parris is a bit sassy; she walks on a leash but sometimes seems to pretend she doesn’t understand commands. While she may take some time to warm up to strangers, she’s all bark and no bite. Parris would be thrilled to accompany you on outings where pets are welcome. She has a $175 adoption fee, which includes her spay surgery, vaccinations, and microchip. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
