About Mochi Costa Mesa

Meet Mochi! Mochi is a charming solid orange tabby, born on June 28, 2026. He and his sister Muffin were discovered at a McDonald's Drive-Thru when they were only two weeks old. Luckily, a kind family took them in, providing the care they needed—bottle feeding, vet visits, and lots of love. This early handling means Mochi is very comfortable around people; he sees them as family and is always ready to greet newcomers. Affectionate and playful, Mochi has a curious spirit and an appetite to match—he's not shy about letting you know when he's hungry! While in foster care, he got along brilliantly with the resident adult cats, even sharing the bed peacefully at night. With his easy-going nature, Mochi is a true delight. It's important to mention that one of Mochi's vet tests came back positive for FIV. However, this may be a false positive due to the way FIV tests work in young kittens. If you're considering adopting him, you can feel confident that many FIV-positive cats lead healthy, happy lives alongside non-FIV cats. For more information, check the Kitten Lady's insights on FIV. Mochi is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, flea-free, and his microchip will be registered to his new family. Come meet Mochi at the Costa Mesa location!
