Meet Sam. Sam is on the lookout for a patient and understanding home. Having faced challenges early in life, he can be shy or fearful when meeting new people. Sam will need extra time and socialization to adjust to a new environment. Originally a community cat, he was meant to be returned through a Trap-Neuter-Return program but was surrendered to our shelter for a chance at a permanent home.
