Originally a community cat, he was meant to be returned through a Trap-Neuter-Return program but was surrendered to our shelter for a chance at a permanent home. He has been fully vetted and is now ready for adoption. Keep in mind that the photos may not capture his true spirit. Cats like Sam can be frightened in shelter settings, making it tough to photograph them comfortably.
