About Roxy
Roxy is an approximately one-year-old, 53 lb. mix of hound and Pit Bull Terrier looking for a quiet home. This shy girl prefers to spend lazy days on the couch instead of engaging in adventurous outings. With her gentle demeanor and sweet eyes, she brings comfort rather than chaos to any living space. She adores belly rubs and treats stuffed into her Kong toy. While she’s still building her confidence during walks, Roxy is slowly overcoming her shyness. Following closely at your heels, she’s both potty trained and crate trained. She may howl at intruders, but otherwise, she’s quiet as a mouse. Though she enjoys lounging alone, she prefers human companionship and often chooses her favorite people over other animals. Roxy gets along with dogs and has a charming, submissive personality that helps her make friends, even if she eventually returns to her human. While car rides are not her favorite, she calms down after some time. A yard would be nice, but more than anything, Roxy needs a peaceful home in a quiet community. If you're searching for a fellow couch potato who appreciates tranquility, Roxy might just be your perfect match. If you're in the Central Florida/Orlando area and think you can provide a loving home for Roxy, complete an application and share your story.
