Meet Bailey! This sweet Shih Tzu was surrendered to the shelter on October 2 after his owner left for college, leaving him without the care he has known his entire life. Understandably bewildered by this change, Bailey is looking for a loving home that will welcome him anew. At around 6.5 years old and weighing 16 lbs, Bailey is house-trained and gets along exceptionally well with both dogs and cats. He’s also great with children, making him a perfect family companion. Described by volunteers as a mellow little guy, he’s ready for his next chapter. Bailey is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and will be microchipped upon adoption.
