About Ty

Ty is quite the character, strutting around like he owns the place. He was found wandering with his friend Chee on a Greene County property, likely looking to join a lively circus of pets and livestock. Our vigilant volunteer swooped in to bring him to safety at the shelter. Ty is about two years old and tips the scales at 24 lbs. This little Jack Russell Terrier mix is not shy about expressing himself, especially when it comes to disliking his crate. If you appreciate the exuberance of a JRT, Ty is definitely your guy. He gets along well with other dogs, making him a suitable companion for your playful pup. Visit the shelter on weekends from noon to 3 pm or set up a visit by appointment. If interested in adopting, submitting an application along with vet records for any current pets is recommended. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
